how was my weekend? fri- ?? don't remember. i think i had a beer and ate at my in-laws. sat- crowded rainy day mall shopping, went out to dinner at roccos for beer and scallops. sun- e.w.'s gym class & yard work. bbq'd out back a bit.
that and a.j. slept for 8 hours last night form 7 pm to 3 am! and i played the guitar and sang to/for him, really one on one for the first time, and he liked it, and was cooing and stuff. he knows some songs b/c i sing/hum them late at night while feeding him. when he heard them with the guitar it was like he recognized it, and liked it... i dunno, hard to explain but it was great.

this is the subset of what goes on in my head that is fortunate enough to make the treacherous journey through the nerves in my neck, arms, and hands, down through my fingertips and onto the keyboard, through the wires, the computer, and the network, across the country on fiber optic lines, finding a permanent home in the electric memory of some server in san francisco.
