brooding but with cookies

work sucks. the whole project i am working on may get outsourced to a contract research company, because my department can't get it's act together and come up with the resources to do the program- not enough trianed people. so, potentially, all of these preparations i have been doing will amount to nothing, in that i will be all ramped up and trained to do a project that we will farm out. it's not official yet, but the writing is on the wall. my job is not in jepraody, but it may still set me back career-wise because i have to start over in training. my boss is trying to assure me otherwise. in stead i'll just start out doing somehting else in a different area... therefore i intended to be all brooding and pissed-off-looking today, so that no one will bother me... but in stead i just gave everyone in the
immediate vicinity of my cubicle a home-made cookie. a "10 o'clock cookie".
